A Means to An End

“I paid 40,000 Indian rupees to the recruiting agent as the service charge and the shocking thing was they asked me to sign and put thumb impression on a stamp paper declaring that I have paid only 2,000 Indian rupees…..  I was going thru a bad phase that's why I needed the job so I didn't resist just simply paid the money.”

This report from a citizen in Mumbai desperately seeking a job is an example of the dirty underbelly of the government jobs cartel. 

An example of how people are emotionally coaxed into paying a bribe. When difficult times confront us, it's the ends rather than the means that hold relevance.
