To Pay or Not To Pay

It is easy to advocate patience when it comes to getting government jobs done. But is it equally easy to invest longs hours, maybe even months, standing in queues or running from pillar to post?
Dearth of time often forces people to take the shorter route that is not exactly legitimate. But for how long can we use the excuse of lack of time to justify acts of bribery. On the other hand, how many of us can afford to spend months on a process that shouldn’t exhaust a lot of time while trying to avoid paying bribes?
