How infuriated would you be when you’re the victim in a situation, and instead you get punished? This citizen from Bangalore incurred a double loss when an irresponsible driver rammed into his car and later paid a bribe to avoid a police case. The policeman who was present on the scene charged the victim instead of helping him.
