Injustice under the hands of Law

“Just for name sake police arrested him beat him blue and threatened to kill all his family members and convicted in the court. When the convicted person parents approached the judge directly in his house, the judge demanded Rs 15, 00,000 to be paid in full. Thereafter the judgement came in favour of the convicted who had not committed the crime. Nice judiciary system”
This report posted by a citizen from Tanjavur, Tamil Nadu about a helpless victim seems highly unfair.
Despite not having committed any crime, the victim was made the scape-goat for a big price. What form of Judiciary are we practicing? Do you know of anyone who has been victimised by judiciary?
