Traffic Police or Magicians?

What you see, can be made to disappear. What you don’t see, can be made to appear, out of thin air! Normally, such tricks are performed by magicians. But lo and behold, who would have guessed certain traffic policemen are natural conmen, sorry, magicians! Shouldn’t be so hard for one to believe, especially if a majority of us, drivers, have had the privilege to have been conned, sorry again, to be amazed by their skill. This respondent from Delhi shares his experience with policemen who scraped off black tinted film off his car windows while the owner of the vehicle never had a clue about it.
