Lost my Mobile - Requested to give FIR - but in vien
I have bought a New Samsung Galaxy Fit Mobile worth 10K this January and used only 27 days and after that lost it in market while buying sabzi. The local beat police was good enough to guide me to concern police station, as where to go whom to approach and what documents to be taken with me.
I ran to my home to get my original invoice copy (given by ********** Mobiles - Free Insurance for Lost Mobile!!!!!), after this when i went to chanchalguda Police Station only to hear come next day as concerned police ********** is on outside duty (as this is the criminal case!!!)
2nd day i went in the evening taking prior appointment with the concerned Head constable, he was for sure expecting some thing and openly expressed some thing, i narrated the whole thing as how i lost it and requested to give me FIR receipt so that i can lodge insurance claim with **********.
He bluntly rejected saying, now a days no body asks/gives FIR for lost things cases and that too 10k only, there are many more criminal cases which are urgent pending. i pursue him for long time and he was of nuts,
I left the police station leaving the hope of getting back my mobile and getting claim from the mobile co which sold me with false promises.
