No Bribe for Renewal of Out of State Driving License

My driving license issued by out of state RTO had expired. I applied for renewal at ********** Nagar RTO. After 2-3 trips, I correctly submitted the papers and driving license was received by post.
For my wife, after having written to out of state RTO for verification,they had forgotten to process when no reply is received. I had to visit again when we did not receive the DL.Prompt action was taken by them.
