Hi

My driving licence is issued in Mumbai ,Is there any way i get it reissued it in Telangana or transferred to Telanagana or can get renewed in Telangana state.

Its difficult for me to go back to Mumbai and chase the paper work to reissue or transfer or produce NOC .

Can you suggest any way forward in this
