I recently got selected in a PSU bank and have my documents verification

I recently got selected in a PSU bank and have my documents verification in few days. Now i don't have a proper address as in most of my address proofs i have some mistakes like name, DOB etc.
So want to know that can i make an affidavit for my address proof? Will they accept it?
