Please submit a complaint to the Commercial Taxes department (or the VAT department - the name may be different in Andhra Pradesh). Nobody can sell material on a commercial scale without a registration under the VAT system and without issuing receipts. You can also submit a complaint to the Municipality that the individuals concerned are undertaking commercial activity in a residential area, without obtaining a trade licence.

Sir, i am from madanapalli,chittoor dt,andhra pradesh.Recently i have seen a house where they are selling cloths and every material with 50 percent reduction without any authorised recept. Isn't it a crime.To whom i can complaint?
