I can understand your frustration. Corruption has become so rampant and deep-rooted in our system that change seems impossible. However, we started the IPAB initiavtive with the hope to bring about a change in the system a crowd sourced approach. We have come out with a 10 commandments poster on how to avoid paying a bribe. The poster is available for donwload in kanaada as well as in English on our website http://www.ipaidabribe.com/ But, do not pay a bribe. Remember, a bribe giver contributes to corruption as much as the one who accepts a bribe.
