they told me to pay 5000 rupees to get a license.i was aware and went directly to the kumbakonam RTO(Tanjore District,Tamilnadu)when i visit the RTO office with all necessary documents.First of all i met the Grade II inspector. He given me a negative reply that he ask me to go to Driving school then only i can get LLR.i was not happy with answer,i directly met the RTO officer he was surprised and not given reply he told me to ********** the same Grade II inspector because i never talk in my mother Tongue Tamil.again i came to RTO officer explain him my problem then he call the Grade I inspector .
i spoke to him in english and explain to him about the Grade II officer negative reply.he understand the issue and ask me to pay for LLR fees and met him.
i did the same thing and the Grade I inspector told me to finish the Signal test.there also not given proper response by the staff he told me to come in the evening.i dont give it up i ask reason he cant reply me in english.finally i attend the test.i was surprised about the answer in the signal test.
