RTO office, Electronics city, Bangalore.
14-06-2017. 11:45 AM. I went for address change in the RC book and in the help desk of the RTO, an agent snatched my documents. He demanded 3000 for the job and I paid 2000 as I didn't carry that much money. I fought with him to give my documents (I couldn't attack him as the documents contained my original RC also). He told that the job will be completed in three days and now he is saying the story of the supervisor is not signing the documents.
