Bribe paid to the Urban Development Authority- Gandhinagar

I faced one embarrassment at Gandhinagar Taluk. I had purchased a plot(NA) and the same was to be transfered to my name in village records. I was puzzled in the records as the plot was under Gram Panchayat and still it was under Gandhinagar Urben ********** Authority. Again, there was one more office, City Survey. Unable to make out waht is important and what is right records, I decided to get my name entered with Village Panchayat.

I paid Rs. 5000/- for this work as all the talatis of city neighbouring villages are multi-millionaires.
