Bribe towards verification of transaction between my parents and bank for education loan

I paid Rs. 400 to some secretary at the local Urban Development Authority to verify a loan transaction which I was taking for higher education, so that it could be done in 2 days instead of 2 weeks (which he claimed would take normally).
