I had applied for renewal of my passport under Tatkal scheme and i got the passport in next 6-7 days. Later in next month I got a call from Police station to verify the documents and the office asked me to come with Originals. I had all the docs, i went there and Office verified all those and then ask me to come outside and finally asked for Rs. 500. I questioned him that why he is asking for money then he said that he has to share this with in the department.
