Paying bribe has become part of life.

The electricity consuming meter Was not functioning. It was reported as soon as it was discovered to the authorities. No written document of complaining was issued, except a hand written no on a small piece of paper. Later on , a bill of Rs. 26000 was handed over after load calculation in its own way, & panchnama etc.I paid Rs26000 & a receipt of 16000 was handed over to me.
