All these three departments do not show issue the licences without bribes as everyone from Heads to clerks have their fixed rates. This is excludes the official charges and they clearly say ********** Saab or Agent otherwise papers will be moving from one department to another. If you dont have these licences combined fines exceed Rs. 100000/- or you cant start your business. OOhhh the other option is don't take out licences just pay them RS.7500 per year as "consultancy charges" to avoid paying Government charges specially popular for rental agreements.
