STAMP FEES .....another name given for Bribe

It was around few months back when I visited KR puram RTO office, I did not wanted to get my work done via mediators/brokers and this was the cause of the anger (!) the officials.

I had to pay Rs.173 extra for no reason....when asked why ..the answer I got was for a stamp fees....when asked what stamp ? which stamp?....It was told our supervisor will be able to give u better answer...when I asked Supervisor he is trying to push me out with his casual talk that u go home we will take care abt the stamp ...!!
