I paid 200rs. for police verification for my Passport.

Hi.. In June when I applied for new passport. A after a week I received a call from police station that they have my Police verification for pass post and he asked me to come police station with 200 rs. I went there and writer filled all the details and asked give 200rs. I said Sir 100 rs if enough. He rejected by saying that take this 100 rs also with you but your passport will come to you after 8 to 9 months later.. so its better to pay 200rs. And then I just have no choice to pay him 200rs.
