Change of Damaged Meter.
Due to rains my electric meter got damaged and the same was reported on phone and subsequently by letter. However no action happened for next 6 months and I was billed nearly double the rate. However my billing was hiked 10times forcing me to personally visit the office and purchase the meter from market and submit it for installation. Although it was promised that the meter would be installed within 10 days but it did not happen and I had to make another visit to get the meter installed. During both my visit, there was enough harrasement to force me into getting the work done through touts. I resisted the same and today still I am forced to pay enhanced bill
