They are expecting bribe
I have aplly for marriage registraion on 15 July 2011, they gave me the expected date of registraion 05 Aug 2011. I asked my 3 evidence to take a leave on 5 Aug 2011. I did not recived any notification till 04 Aug hence i contacted on there given number. One lady talked to me that is the expected date when you get the sms then only you can come to office.
On 10 August i visited the Zone D office still they my application was in progress, i visited 3-4 times but i got the same answer it is in process. Finally i called on 13 Sep 2011 then they send me one sms around 4:00 PM. How could they expect 3 evidance should be come with only one day prior notice.
They are expecting me to pay bribe but i dint paid. Today they may ask me for bribe but i will not going to pay anything. I will collect my certificate then i will launch the complaint aggainst them. Why they need more than 2.5 month for marriage certificate.
