Transfer of Meter Board to my name

I had to transfer the meter board to my name for my apartment as it was still in builders name. I had to follow the procedures and it was done without paying any bride.

We need to follow the procedure directed by the department BESCOM and go with all the related documents attached. The officials were co-operative and no hazzle in the process.
