I visited RTO(N) Bangalore Yashawanthapur for submitting a transfer of ownership application of a two wheeler. The concerned case worker demanded Rs.300 for giving the documents immediately or otherwise he said it will take 15 days. I dint pay the Bribe and agreed to get the docements after 15 days.
