Dear members, I am planning to register property. Since I am NRI, Can you confirm if buyer need to be present physically during the registration time? Can I send my electronic sign, thumb impression and photo from overseas to get the registration done in Odisha on my behalf?
Any idea or advice in this regard will be greatly appreciated.
