Hi, I have completed my M.Tech course by May 2015 (In Durgapur, West Bengal) and right now I'm staying at my present address for the last 4 months. So while filling the application form, should I include both my present address and also my previous address(West Bengal)? If so, will there be police verification at both the places? And should I be present at both present and previous address physically? Can I give my friend's(who are back to home) names as the references? Please assist me.
