Hi Raghu, A lady came and hit my Pulsar bike that was standing in front of my house. The impact was very high. The total expenses to repair the Pulsar is close to Rs10,000 from a Bajaj showroom. The issue is My bike insurance had expired just 2 months before this accident. What is the legal ways to claim this amount from the lady? Can the insurance amount be claimed from the Lady's car insurance? Please advise.
