I am using mtnl connection from last 7 years with the same plan…

I am using mtnl connection from last 7 years with the same plan of 512kbps combo.
They have upgraded the plan to 1mbps with same amount of 999, but i am still getting the same speed of 512kbps. Customer care is just always say we have reconfigured the port , but still i am getting the same speed
