I want to get a Force Traveller 17+d registered as a commercial vehicle. How is it to be done? What are the charges? How do I get a All India Permit? Can the fitness certificate be got done from any RTO subsequently or will the vehicle have to be sent to Bathinda only? What are the other documents required to ply the vehicle all over India?
