My son was born in Tiruchirapalli on 23-5-1984. I have a birth certificate
My son was born in Tiruchirapalli on 23-5-1984. I have a birth certificate regarding this. But there are errors in the certificate which need correction.
1. The name field is R Badrinath alias Praveen where the initial R refers to father's name Rangarajan. But in the SSC and Degree certificates, also on Passport and PAN card the given name is only Praveen Rangarajan, name followed by surname. This change has to be incorporated.
2.The spelling in the father's name is incorrect. It reads as K Rengarajan. The actual name is K RANGARAJAN as per my passport, PAN, voter ID etc records.
3.The spelling in the mother's name is incorrect. It reads as R Akila. The
actual name is AKHILA RANGARAJAN as per her passport, PAN, voter ID etc records.
Please educate me as to how to make corrections and get a new birth certificate
