We have a marriage certificate obtained 2 yrs back, and my husband is staying in US, the problem is his surname in marriage certificate has a mistake, so how to make correction , and is it possible without his presence in India, we have to make correction otherwise it is impossible for me to get H4 visa, please kindly guide me in this regard
