Bribe to society registrar during return filing
We are a registered association of apartment owners.Associations are required to file returns under societies act and pay tax every year.The documents such as audit report is required to be signed by the registrar office of societies. I had to pay bribe for approval of the documents to be able to pay tax.They asked for Rs. 5000. Final amount was 2000.Even to pay taxes, we need to pay bribe.
