Bribe for virtually extorting money out of people

My uncle has paid, through me more than 300000 Rs inthe last one year to this corrupt cop, who then targets individuals and extorts money out of them by threatening them with arrests or custody.V.P Road pomice station is a hub for such activites and so is this particular investigating officer, who despite having got transfer orders has not left charge. (HE wants to make more money after all)
