Am from Kerala and i was in the dutch immigration office for my student visa. The dutch official told me that i can collect my visa/passport the next day. As i came out another student told me that if u pay the security guy 100 bucks, i can collect the visa/passport on same day. So, i did and went back to Kerala same day.
