I wanted to be the power of attorney for my daughter's house being constructed. When my daughter and son in law were very short time available, these public authorities took nice advantage and extracted from me Rs.2000/- and I got the required documents in few minutes. My only wish and prayer is will India ever change and become clean without bribery, adultery, corruption etc, like Singapore and other places which has all online facilities and no need for any bribes or queques.
