The guy was sitting on my building plan approval for over 8 months even after submitting all papers. So I had initiated my building construction, now when I went to check in Feb month they hdmc guy threatened he won't give permission and asked for 1 lakh 80 thousand bribe. I was shocked as usually for such acts they charge less than 10000 bribe but this person greed has crossed all limits. I had no option but to pay bribe as otherwise I would never get cc after doing all rounds.
