THE CBD PASSPORT OFFICE (NOT POLICE DEPT) OFFICIAL REFUSED TO FORWARD MY PASSPORT (aFTER POLICE VERIFICATION) TO THE MAIN OFFICE IN THANE, UNLESS I PAID 500Rs, they not only kept the passport for a month, but also threathened to keep the passport there unltill we paid the sum of 500 rs
