I traveled from US to India. On mumbai airport while getting out of the airport, a policeman stopped me and asked for chai-pani. I had two options, either to pay him some or let him open all bags, make it a mess and waste an hour of my time. I was already tired after travelling for 24+ hours. I paid 5$ to that policeman.
