I had to update my biometric which is free but the enrollment operator Mr. Umesh Kumar charged me 50 for this . Not only this he was charging this amount for new adhaar enrollment of newly born children . In this way he is making 1000-1500 per day which amounts to 25-30k per month. Serious action should be taken .
