Acutally the Story does not link to any Department as such, but the bribery or corruption is involved heavily.I am at present living in Bijnor.Whenever I purchase alcohol in my town I have to pay Rs.10 extra to the shopkeepers.They are charging this extra amount for no reason whatsover.It is not a tax I suppose, and nothing has been done by anybody in this regard.If you could just testify the same you will also know the truth behind the same.The Brands which are selling are also forced on us, if we insist to buy some other brands of whisky the same is not available as they are not allowed to sell the same.This is anti competition.In this form I have given a lot of bribery.The accountability and responsibility is of the Excise Department or AAbkari Department or Government.Nothing is been done so far.
