When I went for capturing my photo for license he after takingumy photo and signature asked me 20 rps. When I asked him" why" he replied me that all are giving. Rhen I said to him If all are giving Is it compulsory for me to give.the I paid 10 rps and move from there
please dont think that bribe amount is very less.amount is not much important but doing wrong is wrong only
