Horrific was my experience when i first went to income tax office in delhi. people over there are so shameless, rude and fearless of law that they openly ask for thousands of rs for refunding the TDS. and if u dont pay up, they will keep on saying no to u every time u visit there. these guys are so shameless that they call it the rituals of working in India.
