FORCED TO GIVE BRIBE IN TAHASILDAR OFFICE FOR SINGLE SIGN

I am middle class empoyee,i have applied for birth certificate.

from last 6 monhts i have paid 12000 rupees to worst government officers even in court.

finally court released the notice to give birth certificate.

so i need to get a sign from tahasildar and panchayat office.

but in both the office they are asking 3000 for sign

even they are not ready to speak also
