I lost my job in Delhi in 2001 and got one in Oman (Gulf Country) but was not able to move as my papers to transfer my house in my name was pending with the ********** office. The dealing official informed me that he has sent the papers to Chandigarh while I came to know that the transfer is being done in Faridabad itself once all the necessary documents are received. However, when the date of my travel approached I paid him Rs.800/- required by him and immediately he gave me the transfer documents on the same day.
