I tried to register my house on April 1 by not paying bribe. I have to wait for entire day even after having a token. some of the guys who came late and registered their properties as they paid bribe. I was told by the peon of the registrar office not to waste time by waiting there. He suggested to pay bribe and get the property registered. since we (4 person)lost a day's salary waiting to register the house, we decided to pay it. next day we paid bribe of 3500 rupees and our property was registered without token at 10 am. Long live corruption.
