I have requested birth certificate on 17 Feb they asked for bribe if I want it till 24th though I have also collected my certificate one n half year back n.received it in 3_4days only ... Their was a person name davinder who was the officer there morover their was a mediator of suvidha centre name ashok who said by paying money they will provide it on 20th only
