I and my daughter travelled from chennai to guntur in hyderbad express on 2nd june 2014 4.45 pm.we reserved our tickets in online but they are in the waiting list.we are unaware of this and we boarded S1 compatment.TTE came around 5:30pm and demanded Rs:1000 and we are helpless so paid the amount. he didn't give any receipt.
