I paid a bribe to receive my passport

After the verification proces, I was told by the Inspector that I need to buy stamps to get my Passport. The Stamps were the ones with Army tank pictures on it,which school children wear on Independence day. I was asked to choose how many stamps I wanted to buy and the Inspector carefully watched what I was choosing and through facial expressions was confirming his approval. I paid them 350 rupees after which they handed over my Passport to me.
