I parked my car in an area as there was no 'No Parking' sign. The traffic police put a lock on my car. When I approached him, he said that the area sub-inspector had put the lock and it can only be taken out if he comes back after 3 hours by paying a fine of Rs 500. After talking for a while, he said he had a spare key and can unlock it for Rs 200.
