I had obtained world cup final tickets through Kyazoonga ballot, went to collect and police said that there is a problem with my application, some data is incorrect. I argued back stating that if that is the case why have you given me two of my tickets and kept back the other two. I waited outside and the police official came out some time later and invited me to have lunch (which I understood to mean that he wanted some money ), had lunch, gave him Rs 5000 and soon obtained my tickets.
